The Sign Up dialog on this site runs entirely in your browser. When you tap the final button it opens WhatsApp on your device with a message containing the answers you chose, such as your child’s level and your concerns. Nothing is sent or saved until you press Send in WhatsApp. Messages you send me on WhatsApp are also subject to the terms and privacy policy of WhatsApp and its parent company Meta.

If you engage me I will hold the information needed to run lessons. This includes your name and contact number, your child’s name and level, scheduling details, payment records and notes on your child’s academic progress.

This site uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. They give me anonymous aggregated statistics such as page views and loading speed. These tools do not use advertising cookies and do not track you across other websites.

I use the information above to respond to enquiries, schedule and conduct lessons, send progress updates to parents and manage payments. I do not sell personal data and I do not share it with third parties for marketing.

My students are minors so enquiries should come from a parent or guardian. I treat a parent’s enquiry as consent to hold their child’s details for tuition purposes. Students may message me directly on WhatsApp for homework help through the 24/7 priority line. Parents may ask to be included in these conversations or to see them at any time.

Testimonials on this site are published anonymised. I will never publish a student’s name, photo or identifiable details without prior consent from the parent.

This website is hosted on Vercel and its servers may be located outside Singapore. Data processed by the website such as anonymous analytics may therefore be stored overseas under protections comparable to the PDPA. Lesson information lives in my WhatsApp and personal records, not on this website.

I keep enquiry and lesson records only as long as needed for tuition and basic admin. You may contact me on WhatsApp at +65 8514 9780 to access, correct or delete your or your child's personal data or to withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent may mean I can no longer provide tuition.

I provide 1-to-1 Math tuition in Singapore for secondary school students of all levels and streams. Rates differ per student and depend on the arrangement, so your exact rate and package are confirmed with you over WhatsApp when you enquire. Any prices or price ranges shown on this website are indicative and may be revised over time. They are not quotes and do not commit me to a particular rate. A revision never affects lessons you have already paid for. A trial lesson is a standalone diagnostic and is not credited toward a package unless we agree otherwise.

Lessons follow a prepayment model and every lesson is paid for before it happens. The payment amount and method are confirmed with you over WhatsApp when you sign up and may differ per student. Unless we agree otherwise, payment is made monthly before the month begins.

Because lessons are prepaid, cancellations are not accepted. A lesson can be rescheduled instead with a valid reason.

With >24 hours of notice, the lesson can be rescheduled to a slot where I am available, held either online or in person. At most 2 lessons can be rescheduled a month and a rescheduled lesson must be held within 14 days of the original lesson date. Reschedules beyond these limits are considered case by case.

With <24 hours of notice, the lesson continues as per normal and cannot be rescheduled or cancelled.

If I know in advance that I will be unavailable for a lesson, you will be informed before the next billing cycle and you will not be charged for it. If I have to cancel a lesson at the last minute, I will find another time of a similar format that works for your child at no cost. If your child cannot make that replacement lesson, the next payment is adjusted accordingly.

Lessons are prepaid monthly and a month’s payment is not refundable once its first lesson has been conducted. Remaining lessons in that month can still be rescheduled under the rescheduling terms above. If I discontinue tuition for any reason, unused lessons you have paid for are refunded in full.

Testimonials and results on this site reflect the outcomes of individual students. Every child starts from a different point and I do not guarantee any specific grade or improvement. What I commit to is delivering the teaching system described on this site consistently.

Tuition is provided to minors with parental consent. Parents are responsible for their child’s attendance and conduct during lessons. I may contact students directly on WhatsApp for lesson logistics and homework support. Parents may request visibility of these conversations at any time as covered in the Privacy Policy above.
